Delivery

We ship to many destinations worldwide. Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery (UK) or by FedEx (international)

All customer details, including shipping addresses, must match the authorization information of the credit or debit cards used. If you would like your shipment sent to a non-confirmed address, you can arrange to add an “alternate confirmed address” with your credit/debit card company.

Please call or email us if you have any questions regarding shipping. Signature is required for all deliveries. Customers are responsible for all items after the package has been signed for.

All deliveries within the UK are free. However, given the costs involved, we are obliged to charge for all deliveries outside the UK.

We will usually dispatch items within 5 working days of an order being placed. If you need a piece urgently, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to accelerate delivery. Equally, on occasion, if an item is in particularly high demand, there may be a delay in delivery while your item is being hand-crafted; however, if this is the case, we will also contact you and discuss the delivery date prior to completing any purchase and you would have the right to cancel in these circumstances.

Import Duties

VAT @ 20% is applicable on all orders within the EU.

For orders to countries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. However, you may be charged customs and import duties or applicable sales tax by the country in question.

Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in the applicable jurisdiction and are based on a number of different factors, such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the local import and sales tax rates.

Orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the despatch of your order.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery point at the chosen business address, not directly to the recipient.
