Returns

We offer a 14-day ‘inspection period’ for you to view your jewellery and, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it for a full refund. The 14-day period begins when you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier (Royal Mail special delivery for UK and FedEx for overseas deliveries).

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. If the item is damaged in any way it will not be accepted for a refund. While you are in possession of any item you are fully responsible for its value and care and for arranging appropriate insurance.

How to return an item

If you have purchased an item you would like to return, you must contact Bibelot London on 07717 664930 or email tom@bibelot-london.com to request an authorisation number. Please do not seek to return any item unless you have an authorisation number.

In the case of certain high-value items, you will be given special instructions on how to send in a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent. We will not accept damaged items. Please review our returns policy before calling for an authorisation number.

A refund will be issued after we receive your return. It may take up to 14 days for any refund to be processed and received. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

For UK returns items must be placed back in their original packaging and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For returns from countries outside the UK, please use the same shipping company (usually FedEx) as delivered the item.

Please note, if you are unsure at all then please email or call in order to receive guidance on the best method of return.
